Event & Communications Requests
Please submit the Event & Communications Request Form for any event you are planning to host at The Cross Church, that also requires promotion by The Cross (This form is for events relevant to The Cross only).

All event details—including dates, room reservations, technology needs, and communication requirements—must be approved before an event is officially added to the calendar and a communications plan is created. This form is reviewed by the staff team and must be submitted at least six (6) weeks prior to the event to allow adequate time for calendaring and communications planning.

Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee approval. Once the request has been reviewed by church staff, you will receive an email confirmation within one week confirming your event, or a staff member will contact you if additional information or adjustments are needed. Thank you!

Room Reservation (Only) Requests 

Please fill out a Room Reservation Form if you’re just requesting a room for a meeting, a Life Group, or third-party event and will not require any marketing.

All event details—including dates, room reservations, technology needs, and any special setup requests—must be approved before an event is officially added to the calendar. Facilities Request forms must be submitted at least six (6) weeks in advance to allow sufficient time for review and coordination.
