Board

The Cross has a policy-based governance that is led by a Board of Directors, which is voted in annually by the members of The Cross. The Board is responsible for and accountable to help lead Pastor Mark, who in turn is responsible for and accountable to lead the staff. The Board isn’t heavily involved in the day-to-day decisions, but they ensure that we’ve made the right decisions, especially the “big picture” decisions.
